PRICING 2023/2024
December 21st, 2023 to January 6th, 2024.
A nightly rate of $195 with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
January 7th, 2024 to March 1st, 2024
A nightly rate of $150 with a minimum stay of three nights.
March 2nd, 2024 to April 27th, 2024.
A nightly rate of $180 wih a mimimum stay of three nights.
April 28th, 2024 to Novewmber 16th, 2024.
A nightly rate of $160 with a mimuum stay of three nights.
A cleaning charge of $135.00 will be added to all stays plus Taxes at 13.5%.
We can accept payments using Zelle or Stripe.
Payment by check is also an option as is a credit card payment to our management company.
